Hazel Canete

Dear Patient,

We’re excited to introduce Hazel Canete, BSN, RN, who will be supporting you through our remote monitoring program at FitCam Health. Hazel brings a wealth of nursing experience and a compassionate approach that we know will make a difference in your care journey.

​

Hazel holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and has an impressive clinical background in pediatric intensive care, telehealth, and surgical nursing. Her career has taken her across the U.S., from New York City to Atlanta, and she’s worked in renowned institutions like Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Stony Brook Children’s Hospital. Outside of work, Hazel enjoys hiking, exploring local cuisine, and staying active with friends and family.​

 

​As part of our program, Hazel will:

• Check in regularly to monitor your health progress.

• Provide personalized guidance to help you achieve your goals.

• Offer empathetic support to make your care journey as smooth and successful as possible.
